The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities like free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and quick to assist.

Perfect base for travelling to Mount Gambier and exploring local places. Breakfast with instant coffee. Particularly good setting, right by the centre of Mt Gambier, all the main attractions in Mount Gambier and shop.

It's a little and incredibly beautiful hotel in the nice building. The venue staff is decent and outstandingly accommodating. Attached restaurant on the premises is excellent. Every time we stay in Mount Gambier, like to stay here.

The bathroom setup left something to be desired, like a lack of face washers, forcing me to use a hand towel. The air freshener produced a rather unappealing banana scent, and the shower cubicle felt small. Being on the main road meant frequent noise from traffic, particularly with a Woolworths nearby-earplugs were provided, but they shouldn't be necessary for a good night's sleep. The security of the parking lot was also concerning, given its open access and visibility issues. Finally, navigating check-in was a bit awkward since it typically occurred at a busy bar instead of a reception area, which could lead to confusion.

Honestly, i almost gave this place a good review, but there's so much to nitpick. Checking in was a circus. I had to find a busy bartender! The bed was far too soft, more like a marshmallow than comfort. Why wasn't there a complimentary bottle of wine or something? Very disappointing, really.

Lekker stay! Our room was super clean and spacious, was like a proper home away from home. The staff were so friendly. Plus, there was a nice little seating area to chill and have a dop at the bar, as well as close to shops and cafes!

Just a bit noisy from the street sometimes, but nothing earplugs can't fix!

The room was super spacious and clean. Had a comfy bed for a good night's sleep! The staff were really friendly, especially the reception lady. The bistro had some nice vegan options too, a pleasant surprise. Just wish there were more dining options available. Great place for families!

The stay provided a very comfortable experience, with particularly clean rooms and a spacious bathroom. Enjoyed the plush extra blanket and the convenience of quick check-in. The location allows easy access to shops and cafes, but the on-site dining options might feel limited. Some minor parking issues arose due to capacity constraints, but overall, it was a decent stopover.

The renovated rooms were spacious and neat, and we loved the complimentary welcome drink. It was great to be so close to downtown attractions and the atmosphere was very inviting.

The room I stayed in was super clean and had a huge bathroom, which was a nice surprise! I enjoyed relaxing with the complimentary tea and coffee in the evenings. Just a heads up, the soundproofing could be better, but it didn't really ruin my experience. 😊
